I had the pleasure of going to the Bal Harbour Shops yesterday morning/afternoon. I have to agree that it is a beautiful shopping center with water fountains, palm trees, and gorgeous orchids. So calming to walk around and enjoy the walking (browsing) experience. I enjoyed walking into a couple of stores that had some beautiful pieces I would love to add to the WANT list.
The only bad experience was the management at the Céline Boutique. It was the only store that I wasn’t greeted and taken care of the right way. I clearly ended up asking the girl at the desk if she had the Celine Lambskin Pouch I was looking for and she clearly responded with a “NO”. I have worked retail before and you at least try to see if you can find another store that carries it or take the customers number to let them know when it comes in again. Oh well I guess I will have to look for it the next time I go to New York (hopefully in the near future). The best experience was clearly at the Chloé boutique. My mom was gladly taken care of by the Boutique Manager when she was purchasing the Eau De Fleurs Lavande Fragrance. She was a sweet lady who knew her products extremely well.
Here are a few of the pictures I took while I was at the Bal Harbour Shops.
So remember when I told you guys I was going to go to the Santa Lolla store? Well I ended up going and getting these beautiful beauties!! They are the perfect platform booties for this spring! I love them and they are super comfortable to wear! Don’t worry you can get them soon if you don’t have a boutique near you! Santa Lolla will start to sell online at the beginning of April. Will keep everyone informed when I hear the exact date.
